Hearty approval is expressed in German-Jewish circles at the news from Paris that Captain Alfred Dreyfus, central figure in the sensational Dreyfus affair of two generations ago, and his son have objected to the French production of the German Dreyfus drama in order to prevent demonstrations from the extreme radicals.

Jewish leaders here see in this a brave attitude on the part of Captain Dreyfus who is willing to retreat into the background in order to prevent ruffling Franco-German relations.
