A three-man Arab delegation–composed of an Egyptian, a Syrian and a Lebanese–arrived here today allegedly to start trade talks with German industrial enterprises.
A government spokesman denied that thy constituted an Arab League delegation. He said they were businessmen visiting Germany for purely personal reasons. He declared that the government has not yet been informed of the arrival in Germany of an official Arab League group which is reportedly due to protest the German-Israeli reparations pact.
