The case of Wabi El Bustani Arab attorney and his followers who were responsible for the uprooting of 4.000 Eucalyptus trees on the Pica plantations in Caesarea, came up today in the district court.
The attack of Arabs on the Pica plantations were the result of agitation carried on by Bustani among the neighboring Arab villagers who presented a claim to the land, notwith-standing the fact that it had been duly purchased by the Pica.
