The text of the memorandum of the anti-Zionist Palestine Arab Executive addressed to the Permanent Mandates Commission of the League of Nations was published here.
The publication of the memorandum is contrary to usage, it being the custom that the memoranda submitted to the League are not published before they have actually been received by the authorities.
The memorandum expressed the continued opposition of the Palestine Arab Executive to the Zionist policy in Palestine. It further complains that the British government has not fulfilled the decisions taken by the Permanent Mandates Commission, that the Arab language is being ignored, that there are too many British officials in Palestine, that the Arab population has not been consulted concerning the Palestine government’s four and a half million pound loan and that there are no popular legislative bodies functioning in the country.
