After naming the members of the London delegation, the Arab Executive decided to demand that the government should immediately establish agricultural banks, and pass legislation similar to that in effect in Egypt, which protects the peasant against the sale of all lands. The Executive also sent telegrams to all Arab countries reporting the restoration of unity in the Executive.
