Israel is the principal topic on the agenda of a meeting of Arab League foreign ministers opened today at Riyadh, capital of Saudi Arabia, it appeared from a Mecca radio broadcast, monitored here today.
The broadcast stated that, among the subjects to be discussed, were Israel’s project for tapping the waters of the Jordan River and Israel’s efforts to establish a link with the European Common Market. The Mecca Radio reported that the foreign ministers of 11 League members had already arrived at Riyadh for the session.
