Near the site of the incident, the members of the patrol found a camel apparently belonging to the Arabs, and a British mile. Footprints were traced leading from the Egyptian side of the border to the site of the incident.
Three Lebanese fishermen were sentenced today to two-year prison terns for illegal fishing within Israeli territorial waters. The fishermen were captured while they were using explosives for fishing, a practice contrary to Israel law.
