A step toward improving Jewish -Arab relations was made by the Palestine government today when it approved the existence of a Jewish-Arab Labor Confederation.
A resolution expressing lack of confidence in the Syria-Palestine delegation of Arabs in Geneva was adopted here by the executive committee of the National Arab Defense Party. The resolution was passed in connection with the memorandum which the delegation submitted to the Mandates Commission of the League of Nations which opened its session in Geneva Monday.
“The Syria-Palestine delegation in Geneva which is headed by Emir Shakib Arslan, does not represent the interests of Palestine,” the resolution of the Arab Defense Party says.
At the same time the executive of the Arab Defense Party decided “to resist Jewish immigration and colonization in Palestine.” A committee was appointed to prepare a case against the Palestine government to be brought before The Hague Tribunal and the League of Nations on the ground that Article
