A memorandum to the British Government demanding establishment of an Arab State in Palestine and abandonment of the Jewish homeland was prepared today at a meeting of exiled Palestine Arab leaders, reportedly presided over by Nuri Pasha Essaid, former Foreign Minister of Iraq.
