An Arab delegation will be present at Geneva during the forthcoming conference of Foreign Ministers, Azzam Pasha, former secretary-general of the Arab League, said here today. He asserted that although Premier Moshe Sharett of Israel would probably seek the help of Soviet Foreign Minister V.M. Molotov, “the policy of the Soviet Union is clear. They have, throughout the last years, manifested sympathy with Arab national aspirations and have now come openly to meet the imperative needs of the Arabs for those instruments of defense denied them elsewhere.”
