The Arab League has sent memoranda to the United States and Britain protesting the “dargers” of Jewish immigration to the Arabs, it was learned here today.
The note to the U. S. took issue with America’s “interference” in Palestine affairs and particularly its attitude on Jewish immigration. In the communication to Britain, the League asserted that Jewish immigration presented a threat to Palestine Arabs and insisted that the refugees be deported to their countries of origin. Also demanded were the return of the ex-Mufti of Jerusalem to Palestine and the arming of the Arabs there.
