The Chiefs-of-Staff of the Arab League armies will meet in Cairo on August 25th to discuss the unification of the Arab command, the training of Arab armies and the standardization of equipment, it was reported here today.
According to Raif Bellama, Assistant-Secretary-General of the Arab League, the Chiefs-of-Staff will study the Arab League collective security pact and report to Arab Foreign Ministers and Defense Ministers. They will make their report at a meeting of the Arab League Political Committee on September 2.
