The Arab Powers cannot advise the Palestine Arabs to cooperate with the British Government on the basis of the White Paper, it was announced today by Premier Mohammed Pasha Mahmoud at a press conference, because of the British Government’s failure to accept the proposals put forward by the Arab states for a solution of the Palestine conflict.
