The Arab boycott against Regie Renault, the French auto firm, was lifted yesterday in all Arab countries, it was reported here today.

According to press reports, the ban was cancelled after the anti-Israel boycott office of the Arab League reported it had received conclusive evidence that Renault had cut all ties with Israel.

Renault cancelled its contract several weeks ago with the Kaiser-Frazer plant in Haifa where small cars had been assembled. The French firm subsequently admitted it had done so under Arab boycott pressure.
