The Arab states are not prepared to meet with representatives of Israel around a table at the Paris conference proposed by the U.N. Palestine Conciliation Commission, Lebanese Minister Charles Malik told a press conference here today. However, he added that they would probably be ready to meet with Israeli delegates “indirectly” as they did two years ago at the Arab-Israel conciliation parley which was held in Lausanne, Switzerland.
