Following informal talks this morning, it was earned that delegates to the Arab conference which is mapping a program for the London negotiations have accepted Egyptian Premier Mohammed Mahmoud Pasha’s proposal not to insist on the participation of the ex-Mufti of Jerusalem, an exile in Syria, whom the British Government banned as an Arab representative at the negotiations.
