A meeting of Arab parties today decided by a majority to postpone indefinitely acceptance of the invitation of J. H. Thomas, British Colonial Secretary, to send a delegation to London to discuss the proposed legislative council.

In a proclamation issued before the meeting, the Arab Reform Party of Hussein Khalidi, mayor of Jerusalem, explaining why Arab leaders were not going to London, said: “Our parties must make use of the bloodshed.”
