If the United Nations’ decision on Palestine is unfavorable to the Arabs, the other Arab states will rise as a united people and the struggle for an Arab Palestine would be continued, Jamal Husseini, deputy chairman of the Arab Higher Committee, said in Cairo last night at conclusion of a meeting of the council of the Arab League.
Husseini was quoted by a correspondent of the Sunday Observer as adding that Higher Committee would draft the text of the Arab presentation to the U.N. in Palestine Arabs.
It is reported that a Palestinian Arab delegation will be sent to the United States to “counteract harmful rumors,” while Syria and Lebanon will send delegations to the countries of Latin America whose help the Arabs will seek at the U.N.
