Vadi Bustani, the Arab attorney who instigated the attack on the Jewish afforestation work in the neighborhood of Caesarea, will be tried in the Palestine court.
Bustani and ten other Bedouins, his accomplices in the uprooting of 4,000 Eucalyptus trees planted by the Palestine Jewish Colonization Association, were arrested. Under the provisions of the Palestine government Forest Ordinance, the maximum penalty is three years imprisonment.
