no stone unturned to force his name to be placed before the voters next month was evidenced in the fact that, in the event the Supreme Court rules against him, he plans to challenge the validity of the entire section of the election law which requires 12,000 names, with at least fifty from each county, on a nominating petition.

Meanwhile Hylan will go ahead with his campaign, just as though nothing had happened. A radio address Sunday night will mark the formal opening of his drive for votes. He will speak over Station WOR and a nation-wide hook-up from 9:30 to 10 o’clock.

Indication that Nazi leaders here will not work as actively for him as they had planned originally was seen in the fact that several of them, who a few days ago had expected to stay in this city and stir up enthusiasm for him among German-Americans, decided at the last minute on Friday to attend the DAWA convention in Chicago instead.
