The Argentine Senate yesterday ratified the Argentine-Israel Cultural Exchange Treaty which had been signed here by representatives of the two countries in July, 1953.
Ratification came after Sen. Antinucci, chairman of the Senate Foreign Affairs Committee, reported to the full Senate that he believes friendly relations between Argentina and Israel would be enhanced through fruitful exchange between cultural institutions here and in Israel, and through mutual exchange of advances in learning and science. The ratification bill now goes to the Chamber of Deputies.
