The Argentine Consul in Bucharest has suspended issuance of visas for emigrants to this country, according to information received here today. The HIAS-ICA Emigration Association has taken steps to intervene. Meanwhile, the Consul in Warsaw, who halted issuance of visas last week, has resumed giving the permits to emigrants.
