Resolutions protesting the separation of Transjordan from Palestine and the return to Palestine of Arab terrorists were adopted here today at a meeting organized by the DAIA, central committee of Jewish organizations in Argentina, and the Zionist Central Council.

A Committee for a Free Palestine has been formed here by a number of prominent non-Jews. Included among them are former Foreign Secretary Jose Maria Cantile, Jose Santos Gollan, rector of the University of Santa Fe, Adolfo Lanus, editor of “La Prensa,” and other public figures. Attacking anti-Semitism in Argentina, the committee pointed out that Jews are suffering in many countries, and called for establishment of a Jewish National Home in Palestine as promised by the Balfour Declaration.
