Dr. Enrique P. Coraminas, alternate Argentina delegate to the United Nations Organization, has indicated to the Argentine Pro-Palestine Committee that he favors the Zionist position on Palestine. The Argentine Government has not changed its views favoring the establishment of a Jewish national homeland in Palestine, he told the Committee.
The Argentine Palestine Foundation Fund has set $750,000 as the goal for its 1947 campaign, according to an announcement by officials here. Approximately $400,000 was raised last year, the largest sum in the country’s history.
