Funeral services with military honors were held at Arlington National Cemetery today for Julian D. Straus, attorney and political leader, who died suddenly Monday at the age of 48. A native of Memphis, Straus was a member of the Tennessee Legislature at the age of 21 and also served as City and Juvenile Court Justice in Memphis. He was a member of the New York and Washington bar and served overseas as a captain during the World War.
