AMONG THOSE ARRESTED IS THE EDITOR OF THE ANTI-SEMITIC NEWSPAPER, FALANGA. MEANWHILE, TADEUSZ KRASINSKI WAS SENTENCED TO DEATH AND THREE OTHER PERSONS, INCLUDING TWO OF KRASINSK’S BROTHERS, SENTENCED TO LIFE, FIFTEEN YEARS’ AND TEN YEARS’ IMPRISONMENT BY THE KIELCE DISTRICT COURT FOR THE MURDER ON OCT. 16, 1936, OF MOSHE SZMULEWICZ, A JEWISH MERCHANT OF STAWY, WITH HIS WIFE, MOTHER AND NIECE AND A TEACHER. ANOTHER BROTHER OF KRASINSKI WAS ACQUITTED.
