Arnold Levy, English rubber manufacturer on a short business trip to this country, leaves the United States after buying $100,000 worth of machinery in this country which would be bought ordinarily in Germany.

On a visit here, where he spent his early boyhood, Levy presented the status of the English Jew in a talk.
