Robert H. Arnow, Jewish community leader and board chairman of the Jewish Telegraphic Agency, has been named general chairman of the 1977 Joint Campaign of U.J.A.-Federation. Arnow will begin organizing a corps of volunteers for the campaign for funds for local Jewish programs, Israel and for needy Jews throughout the world.
