The German Socialist councillor, Gustave Wald, was arrested here today for threatening Jews in a public address. “Your time will come,” he said, predicting that Nazi anti-Semitism would find a way to attack Polish Jewry. “You are not safe forever, although you are now protected by Yossele.” The “Yossele” referred to is Joseph Pilsudski, Polish dictator.
