Aryan doctors may not work in privately-owned Jewish clinics and Jewish doctors are forbidden to work in Aryan clinics, according to an order issued by Dr. Vellain, medical commissar for Berlin.
Exception is made in the in the case of clinics woned by Jews who are not themselves doctors. In such instantces Aryan doctors may retain their posts just as other Aryan employees working for Jewish concerns.
However, in such clinics the general pronibtion against Aryan doctors who treat patients previously treated by Jewish doctors must be enforeced, unless the employer actually compels the Aryan doctor to assist, substitute for or consult with Jewish doctors, the order states.
