A decision by Ministry of Justice experts, announced yesterday in Deutsche Justiz, invalidates bequests by “Aryans” to Jews on the grounds that transactions delivering “Aryan” property to Jews are “immoral” and violate Nazi principles.

The decision legalizes concentration of capital in mixed marriages in the hands of the “Aryan” members. Wills bequeathing property to Jews, whether drawn before or after enactment of the Nuremberg race laws, are invalidated despite the fact that the laws do not specifically prohibit Jews from inheriting “Aryan” property or capital.

The Frankfurter Zeitung reported the decision of a Leipzig court nullifying the will of an “Aryan” woman bequeathing her property to a Jew instead of to her “Aryan” heirs, whom she had disinherited.

The court ruled the will was contrary to the spirit of the German racial laws, and against the Nazi view and the prevalent spirit of Germany that “Aryan” property should not pass into Jewish hands.
