An appeal to the Agudath Israel, extreme orthodox Jewish party, to repeal its ban on the secular schools in Palestine, was voiced today by M. Rabinovitch, head of the Jerusalem Agudah schools, in an address before the conference of Agudah organizations in Western Europe.

The conference decided today to form a West European Agudah Union, with headquarters in London, under the leadership of Harry Goodman, English journalist and political secretary of the Agudath Israel World Organization.
