A sharp discrepancy was seen here between a resolution on immigration adopted today at the session of the Zionist Actions Committee, and an assurance given the committee last week by M. Shertok, member of the Zionist Executive, that the new immigration regulations published by the government do not affect the monopoly which the Jewish Agency hitherto enjoyed with regard to obtaining immigration certificates from the Palestine government.
