Official application was made to the Polish government today for permission to establish a branch of the German National Socialist Youth Organization in Warsaw “for the purpose of spreading the ideals of Hitler in Poland.”
The application came from the headquarters of the Young German Party in Bielsk, the Polish part of Upper Silesia, where the Nazis are legally active among the large German population there.
