One hundred thousand roubles were today assigned by the Kiev regional soviet to assist the declassed Jews in the region. The money will be used chiefly for organizing garden, poultry farm and dairy collectives in the vicinity of the small towns. The collectives will be one hundred percent Jewish but the soviet makes it clear that it will be organized with an eye to later internationalization.
