A group of local Jewish leaders have formed the Association for the Advancement of Hebrew Education to disseminate the teachings of Judaism in the New Haven community.
Irving Rohinsky, president, said that the new group will use public forums, lectures by rabbinic and lay leaders and will publish a newspaper.
