Assurances that the Roumanian government is taking strong measures to prevent the recurrence of anti-Semitic riots and to punish those uilty of the outrbeaks last week were contained in a cablegram received today by Lucien Wolf, secretary of the Joint Foreign Committee of the Board of Jewish Deputies and the Anglo-Jewish Asociation from Roumanian Minister of foreign Affairs Titulescu.
