Austria will supply 10,000 prefabricated house to Israel before the end of the year, E. Lacr of the Jewish Agency, disclosed during the weekend on his arrival here from visits to Austria and Sweden.
He said that the Austrian purchases had been arranged by the Jewish Agency and had received a three year credit from Austrian banks. He also reported that the Agency had placed orders for timber valued at $1,000,000 in Sweden.
