At least 10 tombstones were overturned in a historic Jewish cemetery in Toronto over Passover. The incident occurred at the Pape Avenue Cemetery, which was established in 1849 and is the oldest Jewish cemetery in Ontario. Vandals managed to enter the small cemetery despite the high fence surrounding it, which is topped in most spots by barbed wire.
