At the ninth annual convention of the Pennsylvania State Conference of the National Council of Jewish Women which closed here last week, Mrs. Alfred Rosenstein of Philadelphia was elected president, Mrs. Chester G. Bandman of Pittsburgh, vice-president; Mrs. Julia L. Stern of Wilkes-Barre, recording secretary; Mrs. Isidore Rosenthal of Lancaster, Corresponding secretary, and Mrs. J. Bechoeffer of Altoona, treasurer.
