Using the sensational subject, “How to Destroy the Jews,” W. H. Knight, pastor of the Baptist Tabernacle here, told an audience of more than 1,500 persons Sunday night: “Destroy the heavens and the earth, then Israel will cease to be a nation.”
His unusual topic attracted considerable comment in local Jewish circles. This apprehension, however, was immediately quieted by the tone and content of the sermon.
