Attendance at the national summit of the American Israel Public Affairs Committee in Boston was three times more than originally anticipated, an AIPAC spokesperson said. The 270 participants at the weekend summit is a reflection of concern among American Jews about the situation in the Middle East and domestically following the Sept. 11 attacks, the spokesman added.
