Attorneys representing survivors in the Hungarian “Gold Train” lawsuit filed an amended complaint. The complaint filed last Friday includes new evidence that bolsters claims that the United States “modified World War II policies and auctioned priceless Jewish valuables to cover up widespread looting by senior military officials and to fill in budget gaps that arose in the restoration program following World War II,” attorneys in the class-action lawsuit said in a news release.
