Assistant Secretary of State Norman Armour today told an American Jewish Congress delegation that Sen. Warren Austin, U.S. representative to the United Nations, will make a further statement on Palestine at the Security Council after the other governments have made their views known. The delegation presented Armour #### a petition bearing more than 160,000 signatures, calling for the lifting of the arms embargo and the dispatch of an international force to Palestine to implement partition.
