Two thousand Jews, representing all sections of the Jewish population, last night passed a resolution protesting “in the name of common humanity against the ruthlessness of the outrages perpetrated on defenseless men, women, and children, by organized bands of hooligans, known to have the support of the German Government.”
The resolution adopted at the meeting has been published in all leading Australian newspapers, and transmitted to the German Consul here.
