Israel sold less to Australia but bought more from that country during the year ending on June 30, 1967, according to “Australia in Facts and Figures,” quarterly publication of the Australian News and Information Bureau. Australian imports from Israel were valued at $1,541,000 in the period under review, compared to $1,732,000 in the same period of the previous year, a decline of approximately $200,000. But Australian exports to Israel rose by about $800,000, amounting to $2,030,000 in the year under review, compared with $1,263,000 in the previous year.
