It was learned today that the Austrian Government is preparing a law to control appointment of doctors in Vienna hospitals.

The law is being drafted, it is understood, to forestall court actions by a number of Jewish doctors who have been illegally dismissed from hospital posts. If passed, it is certain to result in further elimination of Jewish physicians from hospital staffs.
