Problems concerning the reparations talks between Austria and representatives of world Jewish organizations were discussed here today by Chancellor Julius Raab and Dr. Naham Goldmann.
Dr. Goldmann outlined to the Chancellor the Jewish claims upon which no action has been taken by the Austrian Government and obtained a promise from Dr. Raab that the government will study these claims within the next few days.
Informed circles take it for granted that the Austrian Government will show greater activity on the Jewish claims when the reparations talks are re-opened next week between experts of the Jewish organizations and Austrian officials.
