Erich Rajakovic, an Austrian war criminal and former SS leader, has filed suit in Munich to compel the deletion of certain passages from Simon Wiesenthal’s book, “The Murderers Are Among Us,” which deals with notorious Nazis who went unpunished after World War II. Wiesenthal’s book discloses that despite his war criminal background, Rajakovic served as representative of Soviet, East German, Polish, Hungarian and Czechoslovakian business firms in Italy ten years ago.
