The time limit for filing claims on the basis of the Austrian War and Persecutees Damages Law for the loss of furniture and implements to carry on a trade or profession, expires on December 31, 1960, it was announced here today by the United Restitution Organization. Applications must reach the competent authorities in Austria by that date.
Further extension of the deadline is not to be expected, the announcement declared. Claims must be filed on official forms, which can be obtained together with explanatory notes from Austrian legations and consulates.
